As a Senior Staff Content Designer under the Product Design team, you’ll shape the CNN experience across mobile, web, and CTV—connecting editorial excellence with product performance. With deep expertise in both content strategy and content design, you’ll define how users understand, navigate, and act across CNN’s digital ecosystem. Partnering directly with our growth and product marketing teams, you’ll use data, experimentation, and audience insights to create messaging and flows that not only inform and inspire—but also measurably drive acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. You’ll also help lead the charge in developing content standards, defining guidelines, and educating cross-functional partners on the impact of high-quality content design on growth and user experience.
