Support the development of internal AI enablement tools and platforms that help engineering teams adopt AI-native workflows. Assist in building and testing reusable templates, plugins, and automation that accelerate AI adoption across the organization. Contribute to developer experience improvements by evaluating AI tools, documenting best practices, and gathering feedback from engineering teams. Investigate and troubleshoot issues in AI-assisted development workflows through hands-on testing and analysis. Write documentation, playbooks, and onboarding guides that enable teams to get started with AI development tools quickly. Apply software engineering fundamentals to AI tooling projects, including version control, testing, and code review. Communicate progress regularly and surface blocking issues to maintain project momentum. Collaborate with senior engineers to learn AI engineering practices and contribute to the team's knowledge base. Help enable colleagues across the organization to adopt AI tools and workflows through demos, pairing sessions, and hands-on guidance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development across multiple phases of the SDLC — from requirements and design through build, test, and deployment.
  • Broad generalist mindset — comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and DevOps as needed.
  • Experience helping non-technical or less-technical teams adopt new tools and workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to create documentation, playbooks, and onboarding materials that drive adoption at scale.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development practices.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills — comfortable running demos, workshops, and pairing sessions.
  • Proven ability to work across teams and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Self-directed problem solver comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, LLM APIs, agent frameworks) is a strong plus.
