Responsibilities

  • Interrogate and visualize clinical and/or other types of data to ensure quality and validity of conclusions and to generate new insights.
  • Recognize the significance of unusual test results and how they lead to new clinical insights and technical opportunities; ability to interpret data and communicate significance of what it means to others.
  • Provide technical recommendations and initiates problem solving, brings in individuals from cross-functional areas to share expertise to solve a problem.
  • Provide sound technical recommendations on a wide range of clinical questions and issues (e.g., protocols and endpoints).
  • Be able to quickly assess and identify potential regulatory, safety and/or ethical concerns and determine/recommend ways forward.
  • Be able to quickly adapt to changing needs of project and/or business.

Requirements

  • BS in biology, health, psychology, or related fields with 7+ years of experience, or a MS with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD with 3+ years' experience. At least two years of experience must be within a clinical setting.
  • Flexibility and open mindedness in achieving objectives as well as rapidly responding to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in teams and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others.
  • Ability to work independently, have strong clinical understanding, problem solving, communication and organizational skills.
