About the position

The Senior Sales Analyst is a pivotal role within the Philips Image Guided Therapy Devices team, focusing on enhancing commercial performance through comprehensive support in funnel management, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic insights and analytics. This position is integral to the sales strategy of Image Guided Therapy - Devices (IGT-D), requiring collaboration with other analysts to develop cross-modality insights and strategies that drive sales execution to the highest standards. In this role, the Senior Sales Analyst will be responsible for executing in-depth business analyses and creating actionable insights and analytics. This includes presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary data to make informed decisions. The analyst will define and administer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives. Additionally, the role involves managing the Salesforce.com funnel and opportunities, ensuring best practices are followed for data hygiene and opportunity management. The Senior Sales Analyst will partner closely with sales leadership to facilitate daily management processes and provide critical inputs to IT partners who are developing tools and dashboards to support sales operations. Furthermore, the analyst will support the execution of sales incentives by providing analytics and insights that help design motivational contests and SPIFFs aimed at driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of business deep dives and creation of insights and analytics; presentation of insights and strategy to senior leadership
  • Defining and administering Key Performance Indicators
  • Salesforce.com funnel and opportunity management, including hygiene & best practices
  • Partnering with the Sales leadership to execute daily management
  • Providing inputs and requirements to IT partners developing tooling and dashboards
  • Support of sales incentive execution, providing analytics and insights to develop motivational contests and SPIFFs to drive revenue

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical function such as sales operations, marketing, or finance
  • Deep analytical skillset and comfort with mathematical modeling
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, opportunity management, and funnel management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team
  • Experience with analytical and insight tools such as Python, Qlik, Tableau, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Familiarity with sales territory and incentive compensation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and personal responsibility with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
