We’re looking for a full-time Senior Renewals Manager to join our Customer Success team reporting to the Director, Renewals Management. This role is a remote role based in the United States. In this role, you’ll play a key role in driving customer retention and revenue stability by leading renewal execution for the organization’s most complex, high-risk, and high-value accounts. You’ll deliver this impact by developing renewal strategies, mitigating churn risk, influencing pricing and save motions, and partnering closely with stakeholders to secure strong Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) outcomes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Product, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong skills in strategic account management, complex deal negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
