About the position

As a Senior Project Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in delivering integrated project and cost management services for a variety of Corporate Tenant Improvement (TI) projects across Southern California, specifically in Los Angeles County and San Diego. With over 30 years of experience in the industry and managing more than $5 billion annually in construction volume, our firm is recognized as a leader in construction consulting services. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution and completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met. You will be expected to manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, while also identifying and mitigating risks throughout the project. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including high-profile organizations such as Nike, Netflix, SAP, JP Morgan Chase, Fujifilm, and Blackstone. You will also lead project teams, providing guidance and support to junior staff and ensuring that all team members are aligned with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, particularly in the corporate sector. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
