About The Position

This is a remote role within the United States, requiring candidates to be based in the Eastern or Central time zones and possess US work authorization. VIATechnik is a global leader in Virtual Design and Construction, with over 400 digital experts worldwide. The firm offers services in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual & Augmented Reality, Digital Twins, and Enterprise Software Application Development. VIATechnik works on significant projects such as Apple's new headquarters, Virgin Hyperloop One, and various airport and stadium developments. The team comprises leading VDC professionals, technologists, architects, and engineers who are problem-solvers and eager to learn. This role is a delivery leadership opportunity, not a traditional project management position, offering ownership, impact, and variety across complex software initiatives. VIATechnik is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-impact software development projects from planning through deployment, collaborating with engineering teams, product leaders, and clients to translate ambiguity into execution and results.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering multiple software projects end-to-end -on time, on scope, and aligned to real business outcomes
  • Creating clarity where there is ambiguity, translating goals into executable plans, milestones, and priorities
  • Building trust with engineers and stakeholders through clear communication, sound judgment, and follow-through
  • Adapting quickly to change - shifting priorities, evolving requirements, new technologies -without losing momentum
  • Owning outcomes, not just managing tasks - stepping into details when needed and leading at a higher level when required
  • Improving how delivery works, introducing smarter planning, better visibility, and pragmatic process improvements
  • Leveraging modern tools, automation, and AI to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making across projects
