About the position
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Program Analyst/Event Coordinator to join our team. This role will primarily support the Event Management Team in providing program support for the Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED) client teams. The Senior Program Analyst/Event Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various events and programs, as well as providing administrative and programmatic support to the OTED leadership and staff. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and programmatic support for Event Management leadership, OTED Executive Director, OTED Executive Management Office, and assigned staff
- Support OTED client’s Outreach and Economic Development (ED), including Outreach Symposia, Special Emphasis Group (SEP), Economic Development Initiatives (EDI), SkillBridge, and Financial Literacy programs
- Host and participate in virtual meetings and communicate with OTED client team, including leadership, to determine client support needs, assess and ensure client satisfaction, and build rapport
- Support OTED client in the development, planning and execution of various events and programs, including Outreach Symposia, EDI Events, SkillBridge (existing programs and program expansion efforts), and Financial Literacy virtual and in-person events and program expansion efforts
- Take clear, grammatically correct, and accurate meeting minutes
- Develop project plans, production trackers, briefings, talking points, proposals, outlines, templates, PowerPoints, FAQs, and flyers, social media and other marketing collateral in support of OTED programs
- Provide research and experience-based guidance and advice to OTED client team in relation to the improvement, execution, and expansion of OTED client’s event management practices and programs
- Travel with OTED client team to provide on-site collaboration and support of the OTED client team at site-visits and program events held throughout the country multiple times per year
- Review for quality products and deliverables developed for OTED client team, prior to delivery to the client, including conducting peer review.
