Senior Production Associate

About the position

The Antibody Production Associate is responsible for Antibody manufacturing process end to end. This position reports to the Antibody Production Manager and is part of the Production Operations Department located in Waltham, Massachusetts and will be full time on-site position. Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to produce antibodies in mammalian cell lines.
• Operate with various chromatography techniques (affinity, ion exchange, size exclusion) and other separation methods.
• Maintain detailed laboratory records, operation with ERP system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, biotechnology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of antibody or protein development or manufacturing experiences.
