As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize the fraud and fincrime prevention industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, influence, and capture SEON's market share in target segments.
  • Continuously evaluate and adapt our strategies based on competitor actions and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging product marketing content and analyze its performance - such as whitepapers, case studies, and videos.
  • Work with sales teams to influence and reduce the length of sales cycles through targeted messaging and materials.
  • Collaborate with sales to improve win rates by providing competitive insights and collaborate with sales enablement for effective sales enablement resources.
  • Develop strategies to increase deal values by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and crafting persuasive value propositions.
  • Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product messaging and positioning.
  • Collaborate with the demand gen team to ensure acquisition strategies and campaigns are targeted at right ICPs with right messaging.
  • Monitor and enhance customer retention rates through effective messaging and support materials.
  • Collaborate with product managers and lifecycle for adoption campaigns and measure the rate at which customers adopt new products or features.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a global capacity.
  • Proven track record and examples of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to gather insights from data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A passion for technology and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
