We do this by combining technology, science, innovation, marketing, and creativity to build new customer-facing features and experiences alongside industry-leading tools for marketers. We are looking for creative, customer-obsessed, curious, and highly entrepreneurial leaders to join our team. NASM Outbound is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience through personalization and agentic AI, helping to drive sales and innovation across e-mail and push campaigns across North America Stores (NAS). You will be responsible for developing manual, semi-automated, and AI-powered campaigns in support of cross-category merchandising, seasonal events, deals, and other strategic programs. As a leader in the team, you will be expected to influence across the organization, partnering with Tech and Central Automated Marketing teams to influence the testing roadmap across audience, creative, personalized content, and tooling.
