  • Meaningful Institutional Finance Exposure: Direct experience building products for financial institutions or regulated financial infrastructure, with an understanding of risk, compliance, controls, SLAs, procurement.
  • Product Excellence: Proven track record of taking a product from 0 to PMF or scaling an existing one through a significant inflection.
  • TradFi Fluency: Fluent in banking, payments, and capital markets terminology.

  • Roadmap Alignment: Synthesize customer learnings, the existing roadmap, sales requests, and engineering priorities into a sequenced plan for execution.
  • Outcomes Ownership: Own initiatives from identification of needs to impactful solutions, defining what to build and why, identifying and reconciling tradeoffs, and overcoming cross-functional blockers.
  • Measurable Outputs: Introduce and own metrics for tracking and iterating on product performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Review sales collaterals, join prospective calls, and collaborate with BD to close deals.
  • Institutional-Grade Product Readiness: Integrate institutional requirements such as control, permissioning, auditability, performance guarantees, operational clarity, risk, SLAs, and procurement into product decisions.
