About The Position

Condé Nast is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to lead the digital product for Vogue, the world's most influential fashion and culture brand. This role requires a deep understanding of the Vogue brand and a passion for shaping its digital experience across web and app through experimentation, prototyping, and data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is AI-native, moves fast, and is focused on growing and deepening Vogue's loyal audience by creating an exceptional web experience and an indispensable app. The Sr. Product Manager will own the product vision and strategy for Vogue's digital platforms, focusing on audience growth, web and app engagement, AI-powered personalization, experimentation, product analytics, commerce integration, and strong editorial partnerships. This role involves driving product prioritization, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to deliver features that significantly impact key metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience in digital media, publishing, or consumer-facing products.
  • A genuine Vogue reader with strong opinions about the product and an understanding of the brand's voice and audience.
  • Experimentation fluency, including experience designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
  • Strong product analytics skills, including comfort with data tracking tools, funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and instrumentation.
  • App product experience, including understanding app engagement, retention, and growth dynamics.
  • A prototyper's instinct, with experience using tools like Figma, no-code tools, or AI tools to make ideas tangible quickly.
  • AI-native orientation, with experience using AI in daily work and shipping AI-powered features.
  • Experience with fashion, luxury, or culture products.
  • Experience working on products that reach millions and knowing how to grow them without compromising their core value.
  • Editorial partnership experience, including building trust with editors and creating editorially authentic products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working across time zones and functions.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • You have strong opinions about the product and want to shape what it means to experience this brand digitally.
  • You are AI-native — not curious about AI, but already building with it.
  • You bring an AI lens to every product decision and move fast: from idea to prototype to test to ship.
  • You have experience with AI tools to pressure-test ideas before committing engineering resources.
  • You have experience with commerce integration, building shopping and discovery experiences that convert without compromising the brand.
  • You understand what great looks like in the fashion, luxury, or culture space and have strong opinions about the gap between what exists and what could be.

  • Develop a deep understanding of Vogue's brand identity and translate it into an exceptional digital product experience.
  • Own the product strategy for Vogue's web audience, focusing on metrics like UPVs, recirculation, and session depth.
  • Define and drive key audience engagement metrics for the web experience.
  • Build scalable web experiences that expand Vogue's reach without compromising brand integrity.
  • Own the Vogue app as a distinct product surface, developing its engagement model, retention strategy, and reason for existence.
  • Define app-specific metrics and drive them through structured experimentation.
  • Lead Vogue's investment in AI-powered product experiences, including personalized editorial surfaces, content discovery, recommendations, and search.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI capabilities in fashion and culture media, assessing build, buy, or partner opportunities.
  • Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and idea validation before committing engineering resources.
  • Own the experimentation program for Vogue, including designing, running, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Define and track key metrics such as engagement, retention, content interaction, and app activation.
  • Foster a culture of hypothesis-driven development grounded in data and validated through testing.
  • Pull, interpret, and visualize data; set up dashboards and instrumentation as needed.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into clear product direction for editorial and senior stakeholders.
  • Build shopping and discovery experiences that align with Vogue's brand authority and convert effectively.
  • Build genuine partnerships with Vogue's editorial team, understanding their process and amplifying their work through product.
  • Serve as a bridge between editorial vision and technical execution.
  • Co-develop product experiences that are native to Vogue's voice and sensibility.
  • Drive product prioritization within a 0-9 month horizon, balancing short-term delivery with long-term strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (editorial, design, engineering, project management) to ship impactful features.
  • Convert business objectives into clear development plans and ensure successful delivery.
  • Define and refine OKRs for the product area and manage agile ceremonies.
  • Align senior stakeholders to the product roadmap and communicate updates proactively.
  • Write product briefs and gain buy-in on new product approaches.
