Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer at Edge Delta, you will have the opportunity to own the design process end-to-end, from user research and customer discovery through conceptual mockups, validation, and high-fidelity designs. You will work closely with our engineers and product managers to deeply understand customer needs and then design solutions that can be easily understood and adopted by our rapidly growing customer base. This is a high-leverage position with tremendous visibility and growth potential.

• Own the product design process end-to-end on strategic product initiatives
• Validate product and design decisions using a hypothesis drive, results oriented approach
• Work closely with product management and engineering to ensure a shared understanding of goals and solutions throughout the product lifecycle
• Produce design documentation in the form of writing, diagrams, maps, sketches, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes as needed
• Contribute thoughtfully to our design system
• Teach and learn from your fellow designers to elevate the design process at Edge Delta
• Provide and receive feedback gracefully and without ego
