We are building a flexible, high-leverage team responsible for detecting customer issues earlier and enabling the organization to act before they escalate. As a Senior Principal Predictive Insights Specialist, you will define and steward a durable capability area within the team's broader strategic direction, one that outlives any single project. You will own outcomes through implementation, adoption, and ongoing operation, with accountability not ending at handoff. You will also drive adoption and effective use of capabilities across partner pillars and leadership. This team operates as a horizontal intelligence layer within the Predictive Support pillar, partnering closely with Diagnostics, Customer Reliability, and Technical Account Management (TAM) to improve how the organization anticipates and responds to customer needs. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. Influence works through domain expertise, stakeholder credibility, adoption leadership, and mentoring of P4 (Principal) ICs.
