About the position
The position involves managing investment activities for high net worth personal trusts and individual investment portfolios, focusing on generating new business and achieving specific sales targets. Responsibilities
- Manages investment activities for a reduced set of major fee revenue producing accounts, focusing on high net worth personal trusts and individual investment portfolios.
- Contributes to market growth by generating new business and achieving specific sales targets.
- Develops and directs execution of programs to achieve investment objectives for individual clients.
- Analyzes and plans overall investment strategy, revising as client goals change.
- Maintains communication with clients, co-trustees, consultants, and legal teams to coordinate portfolio activity.
- Demonstrates mastery of new investment strategies and methodologies through engagement with national practices.
- Engages in thought leadership and educational opportunities.
- Adheres to best practices and provides feedback on national initiatives.
- Serves on investment services committees and participates in special projects.
- Leads others in solving complex problems and identifies innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 10-15 years of investment experience with a track record of consistent long-term performance.
- Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting, and financial principles.
- Strong decision-making, sales, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices.
