Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial aspects of plant operations, focusing on cost accounting and analysis.
- Implement and improve ERP systems (SAP preferred) to enhance financial reporting and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance on complex issues.
- Dive into transaction details when necessary, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and regulatory compliance.
- Drive problem-solving initiatives, optimizing processes to support a growing operation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience within a manufacturing setting, with solid expertise in cost accounting.
- At least 5 years in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to contribute at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Master's Degree (MBA) highly preferred; CPA is a plus.
