About the position
We are seeking a qualified pharmacy technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a PTCB certification and at least one year of experience working in a pharmacy setting, either in retail or a hospital. The position requires fluency in English and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- PTCB certification (except in Puerto Rico)
- One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior work experience with Walgreens
- Basic math skills (counting, measuring and weighing medications)
- Basic level PC skills (e.g., starting up and shutting down computer, using mouse, switching between programs)
- Knowledge of store inventory control.
