About The Position

We're an innovative e-comm and healthcare brand building the best place for those over 45 to get real health care that helps them feel strong, healthy, and happy as they get older. Separately, we also buy and grow businesses that are leaders in their niches. We're a hard-driving, fast-paced team of continuous improvers—a team, not a family—hiring and developing stars (leaders) in every role. We live by six core beliefs that drive massive success: Remarkable, Adaptable, Accountable, Speed is King, Don't Sugar Coat It, and Humble. Meta is our largest and most important paid channel, with significant daily spend and growth. We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to scale this spend profitably, maintaining control over CAC, creative learnings, reporting discipline, and execution. This role is hands-on, focusing on driving elite Meta performance, owning CAC, and treating every dollar as if it were your own. While Meta is the primary focus, you will also provide a performance-driven lens for other channels like Google/YouTube, which are managed by an external agency. This is a full-time, fully remote role, with asynchronous work in the timezone of your choice, requiring availability for team calls (early CST).

Requirements

  • Proven scale on Meta (hands-on): Personally operated Meta accounts at $100k+/month spend for DTC e-commerce brands, actively working within the platform daily.
  • 5+ years of Meta-specific depth, including knowledge of platform quirks, policy landmines, bidding behavior, and measurement nuances.
  • DTC consumer scale-up background: Experience growing brands, not just maintaining them, with a track record of pushing spend month-over-month while keeping performance in band.
  • Structured operator behaviors: Proficiency in forecasting, weekly reporting cadence, explicit decision rules, and written planning.
  • Creative fluency: Ability to think in concepts, hooks, formats, and angles, brief effectively, provide sharp creative feedback, and design testing structures that yield learnings.
  • Startup intensity: Ability to measure oneself in outcomes, work 50+ hours/week asynchronously, and thrive in a high-ownership culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on Google Ads experience across search, PMAX demand gen, and YouTube.
  • Successful affiliate track record, either running offers through affiliate networks or being a top-producing paid affiliate for telehealth/weight loss/HRT brands.
  • Experience with other channels such as affiliate, programmatic, offline (CTV, podcast, OOH), and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated categories (telehealth, weight loss, HRT/ED/supplements) where compliance is a daily reality.
  • Sophistication in attribution, including comfort with incrementality testing, post-purchase surveys, and a healthy skepticism of platform-reported ROAS.
  • Management or mentorship experience, including hiring, developing, and leading media buyers.
  • Crisp written communication skills, with the ability to translate platform mechanics into clear narratives for non-experts.
  • A clear case where you moved CAC from 'agency level' to 'affiliate level' on a real offer.
  • Experience targeting women 40-65 at scale on Meta/Google.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Meta ad accounts day-to-day across our core brand and new offers.
  • Manage account structure, campaign builds, audience strategy, bidding, budget pacing, and daily optimization within the Meta platform.
  • Structure, launch, and scale Meta campaigns with clear CAC and volume targets.
  • Achieve profit-aware scaling by increasing spend while maintaining ROAS/CAC within target bands, making data-defensible decisions on when to adjust spend.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps for hooks, angles, offers, and landing pages.
  • Translate platform signals into creative briefs, run rigorous testing frameworks, and scale winning creatives systematically.
  • Generate and test winning concepts for static ads, UGC, and video.
  • Write high-converting direct-response copy or provide tight direction to copywriters.
  • Synthesize best-in-class e-comm/competitor ads into new variations and angles.
  • Review and challenge Google/YouTube agency performance weekly.
  • Align channel-level and blended CAC, MER, and payback goals across Meta and Google/YouTube.
  • Ensure creative and learnings from Meta inform Google/YouTube, and vice versa.
  • Flag tracking, attribution, and funnel issues impacting total new-customer growth.
  • Run a weekly rhythm of plan → execute → review → re-plan, with reliable reporting and realistic forecasts.
  • Conduct real-time adjustments to budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives based on data, including frequent checks when scaling.
  • Maintain and harden Business Manager/account structures to handle platform volatility, policy changes, and compliance challenges.
  • Expand into adjacent channels like Google, YouTube, and programmatic over time.
  • Hire, mentor, and lead the Meta pod as the team grows.

Benefits

  • Base + performance-based upside tied directly to CAC and profitable spend.
  • Target range $120k–$300k+ total compensation, depending on experience and performance.
