The Senior Operations Analyst – Service Management Operations provides advanced operational, analytical, and coordination support to ensure the Service Management organization executes its financial, compliance, vendor, and performance management processes efficiently and with high quality. This role reports to the Associate Director – Service Management Operations and leads complex analysis, improves operational processes, and contributes to governance activities. The Senior Operations Analyst partners with cross‑functional teams—including finance, procurement, sourcing, legal and risk—to maintain accurate reporting, streamline operational workflows, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
