About The Position

The Senior Marketing Coordinator (Executive Support, Social Media & CRM Operations) is a full-time, remote position requiring U.S. business hours with PST required. This role supports executive operations, marketing execution, content coordination, and program administration within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. It is an execution-focused position for someone who excels at organizing systems, content, communication, and workflows. The role involves working closely with leadership on marketing operations, social media execution, CRM management, content coordination, program administration, and executive support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong follow-through skills.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, and digital marketing operations.
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, or entrepreneurial businesses.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Veed, OpusClips, and other video editing tools.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community engagement workflows.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong executor who follows through consistently.
  • Comfortable balancing multiple workflows simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day executive and operational workflows, including managing calendars, scheduling, administrative coordination, and communication workflows.
  • Maintain organized task trackers and project management sheets, ensuring deadlines and follow-ups are completed accurately.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively flag issues.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms.
  • Manage engagement, direct messages, and community interaction.
  • Monitor social media performance and maintain organized reporting.
  • Support the setup and monitoring of advertising campaigns, program promotions, and event campaigns.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos, social media graphics, and marketing assets.
  • Organize and format workbooks, guides, scripts, cheat sheets, and program materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and content.
  • Build and manage workflows in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM systems and email automation tools.
  • Execute outreach campaigns, follow-up sequences, and participant communication.
  • Maintain clean CRM records and organized pipeline tracking, ensuring no leads or participant follow-ups are missed.
  • Organize digital program materials and member resources.
  • Track participant progress and communication.
  • Support onboarding and administrative coordination.
  • Troubleshoot minor technical issues across online platforms.
  • Conduct research to build Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and prospect lists.
  • Support outbound outreach and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with minor website updates, account setup, and reporting/documentation.
