About the position

The Marketing team is responsible for catapulting Wayfair into the leading destination for all things home by building and evolving customer recognition and attachment to our brands, across all Wayfair stores, geographies, and our extended family of brands. This role is focused on finding, educating, & acquiring prospective business customers to our fastest growing consumer program, Wayfair Professional (B2B) as well as driving repeat revenue from existing business customers. As a B2B Paid Search Analyst, you will play a pivotal role on our Marketing team overseeing SEM efforts on Paid Search where you will be shaping the future of B2B advertising through keyword search strategies. Your goal will be to unleash the full potential of SEM ensuring that every initiative propels our business KPIs forward with impressive efficiency. In the immediate term, you'll dive into channel operations, fine-tuning ad budgets, ROAS targets, and audience targets to reach the right businesses. You’ll also conduct insightful investigations into recent performance trends, identifying key drivers of success and areas for improvement. Looking towards the future, you'll spearhead innovative testing strategies that align seamlessly with our overarching company objectives, setting the stage for sustained growth and impactful results on these new channels. Responsibilities

  • Weekly analysis of core business KPIs with an eye towards understanding the full-funnel impact of underlying drivers
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey for our SEM Paid Search channels
  • Close partnership with stakeholder teams to educate our marketing strategy combined with seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and improve our marketing strategy to ensure flawless customer journey and efficient ad performance
  • Build a testing strategy and roadmap for SEM channels to improve capturing prospective businesses as well as driving more repeat revenue. Includes conducting statistical analysis to validate results and inform a rollout decision.
  • Own quarterly business plan forecasting for your channels
  • Contribute positively to the team and Wayfair culture

Requirements

  • A minimum of at least a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or Analytics
  • 2- years experience as an analyst or comparable working background preferably in the Search Marketing space
  • Experience with SQL & GBQ. Additional experience with Python preferred.
  • Analytical self-driven thinker who looks for (and finds) answers in the data
  • Strong storytelling abilities to contextualize data for broader work groups
