About the position
The Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for improved efficiency and utilization, cost reduction, and capital investment for both functional and transactional processes. This role will promote a safe work environment by focusing on improvements that will enhance the safety and wellbeing of our employees while driving increased throughput and reduced quality errors. The Process Engineer will participate in our Operational Excellence (OPEX) programs and assist in the evaluation, analysis and improvement of processes throughout the facility. Strong emphasis will be on data driven process improvements in the machining and assembly areas to reduce costs and improve productivity. This role comes with high visibility from site leadership and support to make the facility best in class in manufacturing. Minimal travel.
