LA28 is the independent, non-profit, privately funded organizing committee for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. The Senior Manager Workforce Planning will be responsible for contributing to the headcount and workforce planning workstream, seeking to enable the delivery of an optimized and efficient workforce for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Under the guidance of the Head of Workforce Planning, this role will gather and develop strategic workforce planning information, aligned with the organization’s lifecycle headcount needs, ensuring appropriate characterization and seamless coordination across Paid Staff, Volunteer, and Contractor workforce groups. This role will collaborate across Functional Areas (FA’s) to support the creation of an integrated workforce strategy, including the development and implementation of workforce plans that align with the operational and system requirements as we move towards Games Time. Additionally, they will play a key part in support of workforce risk management and change control to ensure a successful and efficient workforce model leading into the Games.
