About the position

The Senior Manager, Talent Development at SCIEX is responsible for leading the planning, development, and implementation of talent development strategies and initiatives that align with global Talent Management and HR strategies. This role focuses on enhancing talent practices to support people managers and associates, ensuring effective talent pipelines that contribute to business objectives. The position is fully remote and plays a crucial role in fostering a culture of development and continuous improvement within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of annual Talent Management processes to identify and prioritize strategic talent needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in talent and succession planning practices to enhance talent development effectiveness.
  • Administer talent and leadership assessment methods to help leaders and associates understand their development paths.
  • Coordinate demand planning for leadership nomination programs and measure their effectiveness.
  • Oversee the timely delivery of annual talent processes such as Performance for Growth (P4G) and Development for Growth (D4G).
  • Operationalize quarterly associate Engagement Surveys and related training to improve culture strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, talent development, human resources, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in talent management, talent development, or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in performing personal or organizational needs assessments.
  • Skilled in program oversight and execution in a global capacity.
  • Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment, utilizing tools like the Danaher Business System (DBS) and lean methodology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with DBS Fundamentals or lean principles.
  • Experience in developing and launching new products.
