About the position

The Revenue Management Business Partner will serve as an advisor for the FL / Mid-South areas, focusing on driving the Revenue Margin Growth agenda and its six pillars within HEINEKEN USA. The role requires instilling a value mindset within the organization, conducting disciplined analytics, setting guardrails, and monitoring compliance to ensure effective business decision-making through a solid understanding of topline financials and commercial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Zone(s) Margin Growth strategy, optimizing topline financials from volume and revenue to gross profit generation.
  • Support the organization across the Revenue Margin Growth pillars through fact-based decision making enabled by tools such as Price Strategy and Brand Positioning, Price realization, Pricing trade off evaluation, Mix strategy and pack prioritization, and Promotion planning and effectiveness.
  • Lead Revenue Margin Growth Council within your Markets.
  • Deploy capabilities on usage of tools, collecting feedback and ensuring timely changes.
  • Translate analytic insights into recommendations for your Markets.
  • Review promotion results and promo calendar execution externally with distributor partners.
  • Evaluate performance to ensure execution and continuous improvement through learnings, working closely with pricing managers, sales/market managers, and different finance teams.
  • Support the creation of inputs for key processes such as Strategic Planning (SP), Annual Planning (AP), and Monthly Reviews.
  • Conduct project-based analyses to support brand teams with price positioning, price pack architecture, and promotion strategies.
  • Embed an ROI mindset within the Zone(s); perform pre and post activity evaluation to scale profitable initiatives and discontinue non-profitable ones.
  • Embed Revenue Margin Growth mindset across the organization, influencing key stakeholders to focus on fact-based decision making.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics required.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of related commercial, Revenue Margin Growth, industry experience with demonstrated analytic and information-driven experiences.
  • Finance experience (business math/economics) preferred.
  • Customer-facing experience.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple data sources and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
  • Experience with information systems and related tools for staging and deploying information.
  • Experience developing tools with Microsoft Suite, IBM Planning Analytics, Anaplan, and similar Business Analytics platforms for cross-functional teams and training teams for tool adoption.
  • Experience in data modeling.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
