About the position
The Senior Manager of Procurement, Insights and Analytics at The Coca-Cola Company plays a vital role in modernizing and digitizing the procurement process within the Strategic Ingredients Sourcing (SIS) Team. This position focuses on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and value creation through the implementation of advanced analytics, strategic sourcing, and collaboration with various stakeholders. The role involves leading data management initiatives, improving procurement processes, and utilizing insights to support sourcing activities and market intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of tools, KPIs, and advanced analytics to identify trends and insights within procurement data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across procurement systems and databases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement operations.
- Utilize insights from data analytics to support sourcing opportunities and effective negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier landscapes to anticipate risks and opportunities.
- Work closely with team members and key stakeholders to present data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, data or computer science, or related field.
- Experience with SQL, Azure Synapse, Programming Languages - Python, ETL processes and tools.
- 5+ years' work experience in a field related to this work.
Nice-to-haves
- Degree in supply chain management.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects.
- Knowledge of a project management methodology such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience with SAP, especially S/4 HANA.
- Skilled using other programming languages such as R and DAX.
- Experience using Django to develop and implement an interactive website.
