We seek a highly motivated and creative product owner who thrives in a multi-faceted environment to join the Plan It product management team. This Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering a strategy to increase customer adoption of Plan It, including enhancements to the front-end user experience as well as product positioning and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new ways to increase customer adoption and satisfaction through close partnership with Digital teams
  • Drive marketing strategy from ideation to execution by working in tandem with Marketing
  • Define Plan It product value as a standalone product as well as in relation to the larger lending ecosystem using data-driven insights
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative customer research to identify opportunities to optimize user journey and refresh product positioning
  • Lead and collaborate with several internal partners, such as Marketing, New Product Development, Legal & Compliance, and Technology

Requirements

  • Understands the importance of customer-first perspective and translation to business goals
  • Ability to influence and build internal alignment across lines of business and support groups
  • Proven track record evolving multiple initiatives and translating into singular cohesive strategy
  • Self-motivated with ability to prioritize complex project priorities
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 4+ years of total experience.
