About The Position

Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform, creating a seamless experience for fans across commerce, collectibles, and gaming. As part of this mission, our Fan Ecosystem team plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and lifetime value across the Fanatics ecosystem. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Loyalty Partnerships to lead a portfolio of strategic third-party partnerships. In this role, you will own partner performance end-to-end—from launch through optimization—while shaping how partnerships contribute to the long-term growth of the Fanatics ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role where you’ll influence product direction, unlock new revenue streams or customer benefits, and help define how millions of fans engage with Fanatics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in strategy, partnership management, business development, account management, or related roles within high-growth consumer or platform businesses
  • Ability to develop a strategy from scratch and operationalize internal and external stakeholders to execute key initiatives
  • Proven track record of owning and growing strategic partnerships with measurable business impact
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data to drive decisions and influence stakeholders
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; experience working with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities
  • Able to work out of the Fanatics NYC office a minimum of three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Support Partnership Strategy Development: Outline priority metrics and identify opportunities for third party partnerships to grow Fanatics loyalty propositions. Conduct competitive analyses and define requirements for customer research to inform partnerships strategy. Partner with Director, Loyalty Business Development to prepare pitch materials for prospective partner meetings; Support key workstreams tied to negotiation and contracting phases as needed.
  • Manage and Grow Strategic Partnerships: Serve as day-to-day contact for a portfolio of high-impact partners, building strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders. Drive joint business planning, including defining goals, roadmaps, and success metrics. Lead regular business reviews, aligning on performance, priorities, and future opportunities. Act as an escalation point for partner issues, resolving challenges quickly and collaboratively.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and other teams to launch new integrations, campaigns, and experiences. Influence product roadmap prioritization with a clear point of view on customer and business impact. Ensure alignment on partner commitments, timelines, and resourcing across teams. Build and standardize processes for onboarding and managing partners at scale.
  • Drive Performance & Insights: Own the end-to-end performance reporting for the overall partnership portfolio and for individual partners, tracking KPIs against business goals. Analyze partner and customer data to identify trends, growth opportunities and areas for testing and optimization. Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners. Leverage learnings from current partnerships to inform overall partnerships strategy, in partnership with commercial leadership, business development and other key stakeholders.
