Scopely is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Compensation Programs to join our Total Rewards team in the United States. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy and operations: you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and People Business Partners (PBPs) to ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and built to support Scopely’s continued exponential growth. The right person brings equal parts analytical rigor and stakeholder savvy, and knows how to turn complex data into decisions that move the business forward. SF/LA-based role with travel to Mexico; reports to the Vice President of Compensation.
