Perform preventive and repair maintenance. Oversee work groups as directed by the Property Manager. This role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs on a wide range of equipment and systems including lighting, electrical power distribution, various utility lines (air, natural gas, hot water, cold-water, drainage, fire sprinkler), shop equipment, air handlers, fan coil units, evaporative coolers, lavatory fixtures, building hardware, furniture, gates, fences, hoists, pumps, motors, and shop oil and solvent supply lines. The position requires responding to maintenance service requests, being alert to other tasks that need to be done, working safely, and adhering to all applicable safety policies, company policies, procedures, and standards.
