As part of the Talent Management & Development Team, you will lead initiatives that build core professional and leadership skills across the organization. We're looking for a learning leader who brings both an engagement mindset and an outcome-driven approach, with the ability to design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact development programs-in person, virtually, and through self-paced learning. You'll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify needs, shape learning solutions, and connect development to business priorities. This is a hybrid role based in our Raleigh office. Our hybrid model means you'll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.

  • Use data to measure effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and link learning outcomes to business impact
  • Ensure all learning initiatives (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) are inclusive by design and aligned with Collibra's broader talent and business strategies

Requirements

  • Experience designing and leading global learning programs focused on employee development and leadership growth-from strategy through execution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align, influence, and drive outcomes cross-functionally
  • A solid understanding of adult learning principles and practical experience designing engaging, inclusive, and effective learning experiences
  • Experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences
  • The ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to assess impact and make informed decisions
