About the position
The Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant at Wells Fargo will serve as a technical expert for the Agile Tools Suite, providing first-line support and troubleshooting for tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Tableau Reporting. This role involves creating and facilitating training sessions, hosting support office hours, and acting as a liaison between the CTO Tools team and the PRICE product team to enhance tool usage and address system issues. The consultant will lead complex initiatives, advise senior leadership, and ensure compliance with risk management requirements while collaborating with various teams to deliver comprehensive technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
- Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
- Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
- Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
- Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems
- Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues
- Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience
- 4+ years of experience and proficient using Atlassian tools (JIRA, confluence)
- 4+ years of working with an Agile environment
- 2+ year experience writing SQL
- 2+ year experience writing JQL
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with creating and modifying JIRA dashboards
- Deep experience with JIRA integrations and roadmaps
- Experience building foundational competencies
- Experience providing Jira configuration training
- Relevant technical experience in an SDLC development and/or infrastructure environment
