About the position

The Senior Knowledge Manager will support foreign Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and U.S. counterproliferation efforts by aligning processes and technology to facilitate information sharing among analysts and organizations. This role involves managing knowledge management capabilities, compiling performance reports, and disseminating intelligence products across various networks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations.
  • Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, and records management systems to shape workflow and processes.
  • Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities.
  • Disseminate intelligence products across separate networks and portals.

Requirements

  • MA degree in relevant field.
  • 8 years of experience or a total of 12 years in lieu of a degree with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and must be able to obtain CI Poly.
  • Demonstrated ability to publish content regularly and within requirements-driven deadlines in various formats.
  • Capability to work with counterparts in other departments to update and maintain content accuracy.
  • Expertise maintaining records of dissemination; produce metrics, graphics, and briefings to support production management and mission management functions.
  • Experience with SIPRNet, JWICS, and standard IC message traffic retrieval systems.
  • Familiarity with the overarching DIA, including various directorates and service intelligence architectures.
  • Comprehension of logistics management support and information disclosure support procedures.
  • Capacity to support the government in preparing FOIA requests and produce tasking metrics, graphics, and briefings.
  • Understanding and applying IC guidance/directives, including CAPCO classification and FOIA release guidance.
  • Demonstrated skills to review analytic products for cogent arguments and tradecraft standards.
  • Ability to prepare and process the movement of appropriately marked intelligence products between security domains.
  • Capability to manage the sending and posting of products to approved individuals, organizations, and sites.
  • Experience logging potential inadvertent security incidents and maintaining site SOPs according to policy and guidance.
  • Competence in ensuring timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata.
  • Aptness to use government-specified tools to generate and modify product metadata.
