It partners closely with Epic Services, Readiness, Technology, Operations, Partnership Success, and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) at Ensemble, as well as leadership from both the Client and from Epic to ensure implementations are delivered with rigor and predictability at scale. A core accountability is ensuring the Ensemble Epic Standard Operating Model (SOM) is fully implemented and validated prior to transition to optimization and support. This position requires specialized Epic & RCM knowledge, comfort managing executive-level client relationships, and the ability to drive delivery across highly matrixed, fast-moving environments.
