We are looking for an experienced Senior People Partner to help us achieve our people strategy and build a high performing culture that enables our people to thrive and reach their potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, ambitious, HR professional with a commercial mindset experienced in driving people processes and strategic projects in a high growth, fast paced, operating environment. This role will have HR responsibility for our regional office and be part of a global business partnering team and larger people team. It will partner with leaders on all aspects of employee engagement with particular emphasis on Talent Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Design and Development initiatives.
