Responsibilities
- Engage in Hotel & Leisure valuation assignments, identifying the scope of work and determining appropriate approaches and methodology for valuing properties.
- Complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects.
- Conduct data collection and market research, analyze complex highest and best use scenarios, and analyze revenue and expense performance.
- Develop cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models and perform analyses of comparable sales and detailed cost analyses.
- Draw market comparisons in developing opinions of value.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals.
- Engage in new business development and manage client relationships.
- Collaborate with management and peers to service full spectrum of client requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation.
- 7+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
