Responsibilities

  • Engage in Hotel & Leisure valuation assignments, identifying the scope of work and determining appropriate approaches and methodology for valuing properties.
  • Complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects.
  • Conduct data collection and market research, analyze complex highest and best use scenarios, and analyze revenue and expense performance.
  • Develop cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models and perform analyses of comparable sales and detailed cost analyses.
  • Draw market comparisons in developing opinions of value.
  • Provide mentorship to less experienced professionals.
  • Engage in new business development and manage client relationships.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to service full spectrum of client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Certified General Appraiser license and MAI designation.
  • 7+ years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
  • Mastery of MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
