The Growth Product team is at the vanguard of our mission, tackling one of the hardest challenges in healthcare today: getting people to commit to living a healthier lifestyle. Many of our users have had previous experiences trying to live healthier lives where they've either failed, or succeeded temporarily only to slide back into old habits. On the Growth Product team you'll help people believe in themselves again and invest in the right level of products, tools, and support that will make them successful long-term. We are seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager with a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. In this role, you'll own the Lifecycle area of Noom's Growth team and drive the strategy and execution for how we engage our existing users (free and paid) and help them discover, adopt, and benefit from more of Noom's offerings. You'll lead initiatives that increase customer lifetime value (LTV) by improving in-app monetization, upsell, cross-sell, retention, and churn prevention. Working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and CRM teams, you'll identify key opportunities, run experiments, and launch high-impact experiences across the user journey. You'll also collaborate with Marketing to ensure a cohesive transition from external acquisition to in-product engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product strategy and own execution for in-app engagement, monetization, and retention efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to drive upsell, cross-sell, and reduce churn through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
  • Use behavioral data, user research, and experimentation to develop and validate product hypotheses.
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, CRM, and Data teams to bring high-impact features to life.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align on messaging and ensure continuity between external campaigns and in-product experience.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally in growth, user engagement, or monetization within a consumer tech environment (freemium, SaaS, or eCommerce experience a plus).
  • Demonstrated success driving user retention and in-product monetization through experimentation and insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with user research, data analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and deliver results with limited oversight.
  • A user-centered mindset with empathy for customer needs and behaviors.
  • Proactive communicator and effective cross-functional collaborator.
