Requirements
- Demonstrated senior‑level design experience in an in‑house or agency environment
- Exceptional eye for typography, layout, color, and visual systems
- Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and strong working knowledge of presentation tools
- Comfort exploring new tools, including Figma and AI‑assisted design platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting and defending design decisions
- A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset — comfortable navigating ambiguity
- A coaching approach to feedback, grounded in empathy and clarity
- Valid right to work in the USA
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished, on‑brand creative across digital and print for high‑visibility marketing and corporate initiatives
- Partner on brand strategy and campaign concepting that elevates how Pax8 connects with partners
- Own complex, cross‑functional projects from early concept through final delivery
- Help evolve creative standards, tools, and workflows — including AI‑assisted design
- Spot creative gaps, risks, and opportunities early, taking action without being asked
- Mentor and support other designers through thoughtful critique and collaboration
- Step in as the senior creative lead when the Manager of Art Direction and Creative Design is unavailable
