Under direction of the Regional Facilities Manager, the Sr. Facilities Manager manages operations and maintenance across multiple buildings within a region supporting client’s CSR goals and objectives. The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the delivery of quality service and should have a have a passion for leading a team that delivers an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years facilities management experience required
  • Strong organizational / management, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of real estate, construction, elevators, and project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Share Point
  • Computer proficiency in Computerized Maintenance management System (CMMS): Corrigo, 360 Facility, Maximo, etc.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail or multi-site facilities and construction experience, highly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and manage client feedback, conduct relationship meetings, and deliver on commitments while managing expectations and partnering with teams to implement best practices
  • Ensure completion of all equipment preventive maintenance schedules, maintain accurate CMMS data, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, company/client standards, and all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Oversee budget creation, monthly analysis, forecasting, variance reporting, capital planning, and identification of cost savings opportunities
  • Manage site vendors by setting expectations, addressing performance issues, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting sourcing team with RFPs and data gathering
  • Lead maintenance team by setting expectations, addressing performance issues, ensuring training completion, developing talent, planning succession, and attracting diverse top talent
  • Plan and execute small to medium site projects including construction, equipment modification/replacement, and facility changes while representing the site on larger projects
  • Drive safety performance improvement through awareness and behavior change; develop and implement energy conservation initiatives with documented savings
