The Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Turning Point Community (TPC) operates clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities that meet the needs of the people who work and live in them. In collaboration with the Senior Director of Facilities Operations, this role involves researching, vetting, and assisting in negotiating with vendors for supplies, repairs, and other maintenance needs. This position oversees maintenance and janitorial staff for both the Los Angeles and Santa Monica regions.
