As a Senior Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) Consultant at Cambia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the decision-making, planning, and prioritization processes within the organization. Your primary focus will be to assist Cambia's leadership in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could potentially hinder the company's ability to achieve its strategic objectives and long-term goals. You will be part of a dedicated team that is committed to creating a person-focused and economically sustainable health care system, ensuring that the organization's mission is upheld every day. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in risk management to provide guidance and recommendations on various aspects of the ERM framework, including measure selection, scorecard development, and alignment of departmental objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering training materials on risk assessment methods and systems, ensuring that Cambia's leadership and employees are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of risk management. Your role will involve drafting presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors, as well as maintaining the ERM framework of policies and operating procedures. You will engage with business leaders to inform them about the ERM mission, solicit their input on risk issues, and evaluate the severity and potential remediation measures for identified risks. Additionally, you will serve as a member of the core team responsible for drafting the Company's Own Risk and Solvency annual report, contributing to the overall governance and reporting frameworks that guide Cambia's risk management efforts.
