About The Position

What you’ll do Design electrical components and sub‑assemblies from requirements through release Prototype, test, and integrate designs; document results in your engineering logbook Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues Create and maintain high‑quality documentation (schematics, prints, BOMs, specifications) Prepare design packages for review and maintain traceable design history Collaborate in multi‑discipline efforts, balancing system‑level tradeoffs Support research activities, scout new technologies, and fuel product innovation Independently lead specialty electrical design tasks

Requirements

• Mixed‑signal (ADC/DAC) and precision measurement system design
• Microcontroller hardware design
• Analog circuit design
• Closed‑loop temperature control systems
• AC power design (single‑phase and three‑phase)
• High‑voltage design (1 kV and above, typically low power)
• Motor control and drive electronics
• HMI (human‑machine interface) design
• System architecture and integration
• PCB/PWB design and PWA manufacturing considerations
• Wire harness design
• Strong communicator with solid documentation habits
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and facilitation abilities
• High awareness of cross‑functional stakeholder needs and design implications
• 7+ years of applicable electrical engineering experience

Nice To Haves

• MS preferred; BS with substantial related experience considered

Responsibilities
