About The Position

The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with North American market dynamics and business objectives. This role involves collaborating closely with Sales to co-own and optimize the revenue pipeline, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and sales outcomes. The position also focuses on leading brand positioning and messaging to establish MoEngage as the leading customer engagement platform in the region, driving demand generation through integrated campaigns, content strategy, and digital marketing initiatives. Additionally, the role includes building and scaling marketing operations, leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and refine strategies, partnering with product and customer success teams, and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.

Requirements

  • 12+ years B2B SaaS marketing leadership.
  • MarTech / CDP / customer engagement / CX domain experience.
  • Hands-on operator with a "multiple hats" mindset.
  • Proven track record in MarTech, CDP, customer engagement, or customer experience domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale marketing functions in high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Strong operational mindset with a "multiple hats" approach—comfortable leading strategy, execution, and team development.
  • Expertise in demand generation, brand building, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
