About the position

As a Senior Director of Product Management for Integrated Services, your role involves overseeing the development and management of a portfolio of internal and external services that provide comprehensive solutions for Fans, Clubs, Marketing, and our Direct-to-Consumer groups.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Working with stakeholders to develop and execute the strategic vision for integrated services, aligning with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Product Development: Lead technical product teams in the development of a service catalog of internal and external-facing services.
  • Product Evaluations: Working with Engineering and Stakeholders to evaluate feasibility, cost, scalability, and sustainability of potential new services and capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy for the portfolio of services in support of our business needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the services product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiations.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of integrated service offerings.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of product managers to reach their full potential.
  • Standards and Compliance: Ensure that product service offerings comply with relevant organizational and industry standards.

Requirements

  • 12 or more years of experience in Media Distribution, Subscription Business, E-commerce, API Services, or other relevant fields.
  • 6 or more years of team management responsibilities.
  • Preferably five or more years of experience in large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders effectively across the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organization design, and development.
  • Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability supporting the operations of services with a strong technical acumen.
  • Extensive experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed product development organization where dependency management is key.
