About The Position

The Senior Director of Food and Nutrition Services is responsible for overseeing the day to day Foodservice operations for a $5M, 150-bed Healthcare Account in Oxford, MS. You will manage and lead a dedicated team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
Minimum of five years of Proven Leadership expertise with Morrison Healthcare (or another contract managed food service organization within the healthcare space)
High volume production and catering experience is essential
Food service operational management experience with inventory and purchasing
Strong knowledge of food service trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
ServSafe® certified a plus
Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company

Responsibilities

Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client, as well as other departments
Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Roll out new culinary programs
Promotes the professional growth and development of the entire team
