The Senior Director, National Promotion will oversee national radio airplay efforts for all projects assigned to Ambush Music. This is an office-first role, requiring presence in the office 4 days a week. The role involves working with artist management and artists to secure and execute national strategic promotion plans, developing and maintaining relationships on a national level to influence and increase radio airplay, video streams, audio streams, and any other medium that aids in the development and awareness of Ambush artists. The position also requires analyzing, interpreting, and distributing airplay data to enhance the narrative and progress of label priorities, including but not limited to MediaBase, Nielsen Music Connect, Spotify, Apple Music, Pandora, Amazon Music, Shazam, and chart benchmarking. Additionally, the Senior Director will develop and maintain all national syndication strategies, ensure adherence to budgetary agreements, and execute strategies with national radio chains such as iHeart, Audacy, Town Square Media, and Beasley. Travel may be necessary to enhance relationships at country radio and with other influencers. The role also involves working with regional staff to reinforce and develop their growth and experience, providing guidance, support, and motivation.
