About the position

This leader will drive high-impact digital initiatives across SRS Distribution, focused on contractor engagement, digital adoption, and incremental revenue through promotions, loyalty, and value-add programs. The role will oversee cross-functional delivery, senior partnerships, and a scalable digital programs playbook to support growth across all verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy and delivery for high-visibility Home Depot partnership initiatives. Define KPIs, roadmaps, resourcing, and go-to-market plans that deepen contractor engagement and drive incremental material sales.
  • Lead and align cross-functional teams to launch and continuously optimize value-add digital programs. You are accountable for outcomes, budget, and long-term scalability.
  • Oversee performance-focused digital programs (Promotions, Loyalty, etc.). Set the strategic vision, calendar, and performance targets; ensure offerings accelerate digital adoption and margin growth.
  • Manage senior-level partnerships. Navigate complex stakeholder agendas, remove roadblocks, and keep SRS priorities front and center while cultivating win-win-win relationships.
  • Build a Digital Programs Center of Excellence. Establish governance, best practices, and data dashboards that can be applied across future programs and vertical expansions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital product or program leadership with 5+ years owning multi-partner initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Proven success driving B2B or pro-contractor adoption for e-commerce, marketplace, referral, or loyalty platforms.
  • Executive-level communication skills; you influence C-suite leaders and Fortune 50 partners with clear, data-backed reasoning.
  • Strong command of P&L levers; you size markets, model ROI, and translate insights into action.
  • A track record of orchestrating cross-functional teams under tight timelines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in building-products distribution, home-improvement retail, or adjacent industries is a plus.
  • Bachelors in relevant concentration.
