About the position

SoFi is seeking a Senior Direct Mail Marketing Manager to oversee large-scale direct mail campaigns aimed at driving acquisition goals across multiple financial products. This role involves managing creative strategy, execution, and reporting, while also mentoring a team to ensure workflow and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the success of direct mail campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams and the Agency of Record (AOR).
  • Optimize campaign performance through creative testing to enhance acquisition across products.
  • Manage the review and approval cycles for Direct Mail assets, including landing pages.
  • Collaborate with AOR and internal stakeholders to execute creative tests, managing over 70 Direct Mail creative assets monthly.
  • Work closely with Web Services, Compliance, and Product Marketing Teams to develop Direct Mail landing pages.
  • Manage the Direct Mail Creative Testing Roadmap to meet revenue goals through innovative strategies.
  • Conduct creative workshops to drive annual creative strategy with AOR and the Direct Mail Team.
  • Share competitive insights with product marketing and AOR to inform creative strategy and test recommendations.
  • Manage monthly Direct Mail Campaign Performance Readouts and present reports to Product Marketing Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 8+ years of direct mail marketing experience with a focus on campaign execution.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Experience leveraging analytics for creative insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Adaptability to handle competing demands and unexpected changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome barriers.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Tableau for performance reporting.
  • Experience in the financial sector or with financial products.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with WorkFront for asset management.
  • Experience working with Print Production and Creative Agencies.
