Experience without limits — in your work, your growth, and your impact. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Detailer, CAD to join our team. The Senior Detailer, CAD supports the Detailing Services function by producing detailed CAD drawings based on 3D exhibit and event environment designs developed by the Concept + Design team. These drawings are used for both on-site installation and the fabrication of individual exhibit components (such as counters, kiosks, wall panels, etc.).

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience as a production detailer
  • 4–5 years of experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD within a 3D environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to confidently present creative and functional solutions
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency in a PC environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of design principles and structural mechanics
  • Strong knowledge of production materials and fabrication methods
  • Ability to read and interpret production schematics
  • Ability to create detailed, production-ready drawings
  • Ability to effectively present work to cross-functional teams including sales, creative, and production
  • Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience programming CNC machines through CAM software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with 3D Exhibit Designers to ensure functional and realistic design concepts
  • Create production-ready drawings for custom fabrication, procurement, and tradeshow installation/dismantle
  • Ensure drawings include dimensions, recommended materials, detailed views, and exploded isometric assemblies with installation instructions as needed
  • Specify materials, hardware, and electrical/lighting components in accordance with client requirements and internal standards
  • Prepare fabrication-ready layouts in AutoCAD for CAM processing
  • Provide accurate technical information to procurement and sales teams
  • Partner closely with Sales, Project Management, and Production teams on a daily basis
